Shipping policy
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email right after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United States only.
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $3.90
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $50
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
3. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@period-cramp-simulator.com. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@period-cramp-simulator.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll reship or refund — no hassle.
