SECTION 14 – Intended Use, Product Warnings, and Simulation Limits

14.1. Purpose and Nature of the Product

The product sold by the Seller is a transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS / EMS) device designed exclusively for playful, educational, entertainment, and awareness-raising purposes. The product is not a medical device under any circumstances and holds no therapeutic, pain-relief, or medical treatment properties.

14.2. Physiological Limits of the Simulation

The Customer is expressly informed that the electrical stimulation delivered by the device constitutes a purely indicative approximation of intensity or contraction sensations. Due to the complexity of human physiology, hormonal factors, and the internal nature of menstrual cramps, no cutaneous electrical stimulation technology can accurately or identically replicate the actual sensation of period pain.

14.3. Informed Consent and Acceptance of Limitations

The Customer acknowledges that, prior to placing and confirming their order, they have been fully informed of:

  • The recreational and non-medical nature of the product.

  • The inherently approximate nature of the simulation provided.

Consequently, any perceived difference between the sensations delivered by the device and actual menstrual pain, as well as the subjective evaluation of the experience by the user, shall not constitute a lack of conformity, a hidden defect, or a valid ground for non-compliance.

14.4. Liability and Terms of Use

The product must be used in accordance with the provided instruction manual. The user is solely responsible for adjusting the intensity settings. The device must not be used by individuals with pacemakers, heart conditions, pregnant individuals, or anyone with medical contraindications related to the use of electrical stimulation.

SECTION 15 – Technology Used and Product Characteristics

15.1. Information on TENS / EMS Technology

The Customer is expressly informed that the product relies on transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation technology (TENS / EMS). Details regarding this technology and its operating mechanisms are clearly and transparently presented on the product description page.

15.2. Absence of Vitiated Consent

The purchase of the product is made with full knowledge of the underlying technology used. Therefore, the fact that the device utilizes or is categorized as a standard TENS / EMS electrical stimulation device shall not constitute a lack of conformity, a hidden defect, a mistake regarding essential qualities, or misrepresentation.

SECTION 16 – Order Process, Entry Errors, and Duplicate Orders

16.1. Double Confirmation Process

In accordance with consumer protection laws, the ordering procedure involves multiple verification steps allowing the Customer to review the details of their order, the total price, and correct any potential errors before final confirmation.

Final validation of the order by clicking the payment confirmation button constitutes a firm and irrevocable agreement to the sales contract. Due to this explicit verification process, no order shall be considered placed inadvertently, by mistake, or unintentionally.

16.2. Multiple or Duplicate Orders

In the event of a duplicate order or an ordering error on the part of the Customer, any cancellation request submitted prior to dispatch will be processed subject to:

  • The package not having been dispatched or processed by the logistics fulfillment center.

  • The deduction of non-refundable payment processing and handling fees applied by payment providers, set as a fixed fee of $ 5 USD.

If the order has already been shipped at the time of the cancellation request, the Customer must await delivery and exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 17, with return shipping costs remaining their exclusive responsibility.

SECTION 17 – Right of Withdrawal and Health Protection Standards

17.1. Terms of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are at the exclusive expense of the Customer.

17.2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Hygiene and Health Protection)

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts involving the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

As the product includes electrodes and components intended for direct skin contact, any device whose sealed packaging or protective film has been opened, removed, or used shall not be eligible for a refund under the right of withdrawal.
